As the Investment Accounting Implementation Manager, Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of investment accounting implementations for BlackRock's clients and internal partners. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage investment accounting implementation projects from planning through go-live.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their accounting requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, building positive working relationships with stakeholders at every level.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across implementation processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in investment accounting, implementation management, or a closely related discipline within asset management or financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership at the director level, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong relationship-management skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
- High motivation, accountability, and a track record of delivering results that earn recognition.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both internal partners and external clients.
