The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations at Boulevard Court, a key affordable housing community in Florin, Sacramento County. In this leadership role, you'll manage day-to-day property operations, guide our resident services team, and ensure Boulevard Court remains a safe, well-maintained haven where residents can thrive. This is a full-time position for someone committed to Mercy Housing's mission: building homes, fostering hope, and creating opportunity through affordable housing and inclusive communities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, maintenance, and resident services at Boulevard Court
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site staff and maintenance personnel
• Manage lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant relations
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and respond to repairs in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, fair housing law, and company policies
• Develop and manage the property budget and monitor expenses
• Foster positive community relationships and address resident concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Report on property performance metrics and occupancy to senior leadership

What You Bring

• 3+ years of property management experience, ideally in affordable housing or multifamily residential communities
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and complex resident dynamics
• Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations, leasing, and tenant law
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to serving diverse, low-income populations with respect and dignity
• Proficiency with property management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
