Property Manager – Lease-Up at Cranes Landing

Mercy Housing is hiring an experienced affordable housing Property Manager to lead on-site operations during the lease-up of Cranes Landing in Edgewater, Jefferson County. About the Role

As Property Manager – Lease-Up at Cranes Landing, you will direct site staff and oversee the day-to-day management of an innovative new affordable housing development in Edgewater, Jefferson County. Cranes Landing is a collaborative project of Mercy Housing Mountain Plains (MHMP), the Native American Housing Circle, and Denver Indian Health & Family Services (DIHFS), created to deliver welcoming homes for individuals and families. This is an on-site position focused on standing up a community that is leasing for the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to on-site staff at Cranes Landing.
• Manage the full lease-up process, from initial marketing through resident move-in.
• Oversee daily property operations in line with affordable housing program requirements.
• Support a positive living environment for individuals and families calling the community home.
• Partner with MHMP, the Native American Housing Circle, and DIHFS to advance shared goals for the development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing affordable housing properties.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and coordinate a site-based team.
• Familiarity with the operations and compliance demands of an affordable housing community.
• Strong organizational and communication skills suited to a new lease-up environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Edgewater, Jefferson County, on a full-time basis.
