DriverSource is hiring a full-time CDL A Local Truck Driver in Michigan, US — a home-daily route that gets you back to your family every night while keeping fresh produce moving across the region.
About the Role
As a CDL A Local Truck Driver based in Michigan, you'll run a dependable Monday-through-Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM start, delivering produce to customers throughout the area. This is a hands-on, home-daily position offering steady weekday hours and hourly pay in the range of $24–$25 per hour. If you take pride in safe, on-time deliveries and don't mind a little physical work, this DriverSource opportunity is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A vehicle to transport and deliver produce on local Michigan routes
- Begin each shift at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
- Perform touch freight duties, including loading and unloading product by hand
- Use a pallet jack to move and stage palletized goods
- Manage and secure shifting loads to protect cargo during transit
- Complete each route safely and return home at the end of every workday
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- Comfort with touch loading and unloading throughout the shift
- Experience operating a pallet jack
- Familiarity with handling load shifting is a plus
- Availability for a full-time, weekday daytime schedule
