As a Senior Private Wealth Advisor and Practice Lead focused on personal strategy, you will be responsible for cultivating deep client relationships, designing comprehensive financial plans, and overseeing the growth and performance of your practice. You'll combine sophisticated advisory expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring your team delivers exceptional service to clients whose financial situations demand integrated, forward-thinking guidance.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial advice and strategic planning tailored to individual objectives
• Lead and mentor advisory team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining service excellence standards
• Develop comprehensive wealth strategies addressing investment management, tax efficiency, estate planning, and long-term financial goals
• Identify and cultivate business development opportunities within your client base and professional network
• Ensure client portfolios remain aligned with individual circumstances, risk tolerance, and evolving priorities
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver integrated wealth solutions

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a private wealth advisor or comparable role managing high-net-worth client relationships
• Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop advisory team members
• Deep expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and wealth preservation strategies
• Strong business development background and track record building client relationships
• Advanced industry licenses and certifications preferred (CFP, CFA, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts with clarity
