About the Role

Accenture Song Life is seeking an experienced Brand Strategy Director to drive strategic brand initiatives for our clients. In this full-time position, you'll shape how brands engage with audiences, navigate complex market dynamics, and maintain relevance amid accelerated business cycles and diverse consumer needs. This is a leadership role where your strategic vision directly impacts how brands communicate and grow.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies that address evolving market pipelines and emerging audience segments
• Lead cross-functional teams in translating strategic insights into actionable brand campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform brand positioning and messaging
• Manage the evolution of brand identity and communication frameworks as business landscapes shift
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define brand objectives and measure strategic success
• Guide strategy execution across multiple channels and touchpoints to ensure consistent brand presence
• Support accelerated product launches and go-to-market strategies with strong brand foundations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related strategic leadership roles
• Demonstrated success developing and executing brand strategies in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities with experience managing teams and stakeholders
