About This Position
The role of a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cfsenergy involves owning hardware from early concepts to delivery. You will develop the design, performing thermal, structural, and electromagnetic analysis to ensure the hardware meets requirements. Responsibilities include developing design notes, technical specifications, and other documentation necessary for manufacturing and installation of Cable Magnet hardware and supporting systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Owning hardware from early concepts to delivery
- Developing designs through thermal, structural, and electromagnetic analysis
- Creating design notes, technical specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and installation of Cable Magnet hardware and supporting systems
- Supporting procurement in the preparation and execution of manufacturing contracts
- Assisting CFS production and assembly teams during build and installation of designs
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with experience in developing designs, performing thermal, structural, and electromagnetic analysis. You should have the ability to create design notes, technical specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and installation. Experience supporting procurement and working closely with production teams is preferred.
