The Opportunity

Hudson Manpower is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in offshore reliability to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing the performance and reliability of mechanical equipment in the oil & gas/refinery industry, specifically in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and performance of offshore mechanical equipment.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analyses to identify potential issues with mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspection programs for offshore facilities.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the oil & gas/refinery sector.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex reliability challenges.
• Experience with offshore operations and familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
