About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Digital Growth Marketing at Pacific West Site Services, you will own the strategy and hands-on execution behind customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital ecosystem. Working from our Saint Louis location, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate growth goals into campaigns that perform and scale. The position offers a compensation range of $112,148–$136,103 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver full-funnel digital growth strategies that attract, convert, and retain customers.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, email, and other digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition while strengthening engagement and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, and analytics to align on shared objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, interpret results, and refine programs to maximize return on investment.

- Proven experience leading digital growth, performance, or acquisition marketing initiatives.
- Strong command of digital channels and the metrics that measure their impact.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
