Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the development strategy for RTSL’s global programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support program sustainability and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and partners to secure long-term funding and support for RTSL’s initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Development who can drive the growth of our development efforts. You will have a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and financial management. A deep understanding of global health issues and experience working with international organizations is essential.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in development or related fields
- Proven success in securing significant funding from multiple sources
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
