About This Position

The SBS Account Development Team is a key part of American Express International Card Services and maintains relationships with small and medium clients in Australia & New Zealand. As an Account Development Executive, you will support business owners with products and services to help them run and grow their businesses.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

• Proven experience in sales or account management roles
• A deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly card products and services

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
