About This Position

As Senior Manager of Data Center Facilities Development, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects executed by colocation partners and third-party contractors. Your strategic leadership ensures that Oracle's infrastructure expansion meets both aggressive timelines and uncompromising quality standards. You'll drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent facilities projects, working with engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to remove barriers and accelerate project delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct management of data center construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion against agreed-upon milestones
• Supervise and mentor multiple project teams, providing clear strategic direction and resolving technical or operational challenges as they arise
• Lead creation and maintenance of project documentation, including design specifications, review materials, and commissioning checklists
• Conduct design reviews and coordinate commissioning activities to validate facility readiness and performance
• Monitor project performance metrics, identify schedule or budget risks, and implement corrective actions
• Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Establish and enforce quality standards and compliance requirements across all project activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure, facilities, or data center construction projects
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, architecture, and operational requirements
