About the Role
We're hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of motorcycle sales operations at our Death Valley Harley-Davidson location. You'll build and mentor a high-performing sales team, develop strategies to exceed dealership targets, and create an exceptional experience for our customers. This full-time position offers competitive compensation with a base salary of $72,000 annually, plus performance bonuses, with earning potential of $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
What You'll Do
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
- Manage customer relationships and oversee major sales transactions for motorcycles and related products
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with dealership objectives and market conditions
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and work with management to optimize stock and product mix
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with Harley-Davidson standards and company policies
- Foster a customer-first culture that drives repeat business and positive reviews
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales management experience, ideally in automotive or powersports retail
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of or passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct test rides with customers
- Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems is a plus
