Pro Integrate is hiring a full-time, onsite Data Moderator to support in-person research studies and ensure every participant interaction runs smoothly and professionally. This role is based across our onsite study locations, including Las Vegas, NV and the New York, NY metro area.
About the Role
As a Data Moderator with Pro Integrate, you will be the welcoming face of our research operations, guiding study participants through each step of their visit while keeping participant records accurate and compliant. The position is fully onsite (no remote option) and available across several study sites, including Brooklyn, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Redmond, WA; and Las Vegas, NV.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to study participants ahead of their visit to verify the scheduled date and time of each session.
- Welcome participants when they arrive and provide a clear briefing on the study process.
- Collect and verify signed consent and non-disclosure (NDA) agreements from every participant.
- Record participant demographic details along with payment information, keeping all entries current and accurate.
- Maintain organized, confidential records throughout each study session.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct, in-person participant contact.
- Careful attention to detail when handling consent forms, demographic data, and payment records.
- Comfort following structured procedures and protecting confidential information.
- Availability to work onsite at the designated study location.
