About the Role
At Cooley, we are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves working closely with litigators on complex matters from inception through trial and beyond. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation, including discovery, document review, and case management.
Core Duties
- Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents and pleadings.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials for effective communication and timely responses.
- Manage discovery processes, including document production, review, and privilege log preparation.

What You Bring
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in a similar role within the legal industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures, rules of evidence, and discovery processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
