Position Summary
The Litigation Paralegal at Page Group will provide essential support to the legal team by managing case files, conducting legal research, and preparing documentation to ensure smooth case progression. The litigation paralegals prep for and attend trial, which may require travel domestically or internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports
- Prepare documentation and exhibits for court proceedings
- Attend trials and assist in trial preparation
- Travel domestically or internationally as required for client work
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent research abilities, including legal databases and online resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in litigation or paralegal work preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field; J.D. is a plus
