Role Overview

The Senior Lighting & Hospitality Tech Project Director will lead complex customer projects involving Dynalite lighting control systems and hospitality technology solutions for luxury hospitality and commercial developments in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This role requires end-to-end project execution, technical leadership, and ensuring successful handover to customers.

Core Duties

• Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of complex customer projects featuring Dynalite lighting control systems and hospitality technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project plans, resources, and stakeholders to achieve successful handover to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the lighting or hospitality technology industry.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from inception to completion.
• Detailed knowledge of Dynalite lighting control systems and hospitality technology solutions.
• Strong commercial governance skills, including budget management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
