The Opportunity
LONDONDE Group, a leading luxury jewellery company based in the United Kingdom and expanding across Asia-Pacific, is seeking an experienced Country Director to lead operations in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and drive commercial, operational, and strategic objectives for both Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and APAC regions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing governance, P&L, budgeting, partnerships, and regional expansion efforts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee governance and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and APAC regions.
- Manage the financial performance of operations, including P&L and budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Lead regional expansion efforts by identifying new markets and developing market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive overall company objectives.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in luxury goods, operations management, and strategic planning. Key requirements include:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the luxury jewellery sector.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L and budgeting processes effectively.
