Role Overview

The Receptionist plays a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care while patients are at Union Medical Group. As a receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice that greets patients with care. You'll have the opportunity to be an integral part of a supportive team, assisting in scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and ensuring a smooth flow of patient visits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
• Manage patient information accurately and efficiently
• Handle telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure the office environment is clean and organized
• Support other team members as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Patient Access Representative (PAR) certification a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in healthcare setting is advantageous
• Affability, patience, and professionalism required
