As our Part-Time Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact in our front desk and control center, supporting our mission to provide a safe, welcoming environment where residents thrive. This weekend-focused role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work with meaningful impact.

Core Duties

• Greet residents, visitors, families, and staff with professionalism and warmth
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls appropriately throughout the community
• Manage visitor sign-in logs and maintain security protocols
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for administrative support
• Assist with basic administrative tasks at the front desk
• Support the control center in monitoring community safety and operations
• Respond to inquiries about community services, programs, and accommodations

• Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliability and ability to maintain a consistent weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
