Position Summary

Join For Purpose Aged Care as a Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new aged care residence opening in November 2026. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of residents by maintaining all facilities and equipment.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage a team of maintenance staff effectively and efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and appliances
• Order supplies and manage inventory for maintenance needs
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner to maintain high standards of care

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in aged care facilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Australian driver's license (essential)
