Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at St. Christopher's Fellowship in South West London. Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the registered manager in delivering high-quality care services to children in our home
- Assisting with the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring all children's needs are met
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children under your care
- Participating in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to the children
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a residential care setting for children
- A relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in supporting the personal development of children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A commitment to continuous professional development
