Position Summary

At Soho House, as a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities team in ensuring that the building, facilities, and equipment across the club are maintained to a high standard. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping the club safe, functional, and well-presented for our members, guests, and staff.

What You'll Do

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Support in the management and scheduling of maintenance work to ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to creating a safe environment by identifying potential hazards and addressing them promptly.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality within the club premises.

Qualifications

• Proactive, reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for interacting with members, guests, and staff.
