Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, damage, or other issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, testing, and repairing plumbing fixtures and equipment
• Install new plumbing components and systems as needed
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance or related field
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment
• Proficient in using common tools and diagnostic equipment for plumbing repairs
• Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
