Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bahia Apartments in Tampa. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our community while ensuring resident comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and minor renovations as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and units.
• Inspect properties for safety hazards and report any concerns to management.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, or construction is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
