Role Overview
The Director, Client Insights & Analytics will lead a team to drive data-driven insights and analytics that inform strategic decisions for Visa's clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to enhance client experiences and business outcomes.

Requirements

- A Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a relevant field is required. A PhD is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
- A deep understanding of the payments industry and its regulatory environment.
