Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager with 14 years of experience in Strategic Forecasting to lead forecasting efforts within our Life Sciences team. This role will involve developing and implementing advanced analytics models, driving strategic decision-making through accurate financial forecasts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and analysis
• Lead the forecasting process across various business units to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights from diverse data sources
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial reporting

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in Strategic Forecasting, preferably within the Life Sciences industry
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., regression analysis, machine learning)
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex financial data to non-technical stakeholders
• Affinity for the Life Sciences sector and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities
