Labcorp is seeking a Sr. Director to lead Precision Medicine Business Operations & Strategic Delivery in our Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) office. Your Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and operational excellence for precision medicine initiatives across multiple business units.
• Develop and implement robust business processes to support precision medicine operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and commercial departments, to ensure seamless delivery of precision medicine services.
• Drive innovation in precision medicine by identifying new technologies and integrating them into our service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to precision medicine operations.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex business operations and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of precision medicine technologies and their application in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
