About This Position
We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery professional to join our SSPS Product Delivery Team in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering field-proven systems that transform oil and gas production, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and reliability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Your Responsibilities
The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of subsea and surface pressure technologies that enhance oil and gas production systems
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle
- Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements to improve product offerings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced Product Delivery Manager who possesses the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product delivery or project management within the oil and gas industry
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2
- Experience in subsea and surface pressure technologies is preferred but not mandatory
