Senior Key-Account-Manager/in – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital-marketing agency seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join their customer-success team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be the primary contact for established agency clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Maintaining and expanding relationships with mid-sized corporate clients
• Capturing client requirements and presenting new marketing strategies
• Conducting regular feedback meetings to review campaign progress and collaboration
• Taking ownership of client satisfaction and retention outcomes
• Answering client questions about ongoing campaigns via phone and email
• Providing email support for incoming requests from existing accounts
• Continuously improving client satisfaction metrics

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a seasoned account manager with:

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration or marketing
• At least six years of professional experience in client management, project management, and key-account management
• Demonstrable track record of successful projects in key-account management (IT, marketing, or digital solutions)
• Proven experience in project management, marketing, or account management domains
• Analytical and structured thinking with strong organizational skills
• Results-oriented approach combined with team collaboration
• Confident presence with independent working style and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to follow established processes consistently
• Quick comprehension and high discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to precision
• Clean, error-free written German
• Ability to perform well under pressure
