Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead complex customer implementations across Asia Pacific in a regional role. This position will coordinate implementation projects from contract award through planning, go-live, hypercare and transition to steady-state operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation projects from contract award through planning, go-live, hypercare and transition to steady-state operations
- Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule
- Manage risks and issues during implementation phases
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Support the development of implementation strategies and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years leading complex customer implementations across APAC
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus
