About the Role
Uncountable develops a unified R&D platform trusted by some of the world's foremost chemists, materials scientists, and biologists. As a Scientific Implementation Manager, you'll guide these research teams as they adopt our software, translating their scientific workflows into configured solutions that shorten the path from idea to finished product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and rollout of the Uncountable platform for new and existing scientific customers.
- Partner closely with researchers to understand their experimental processes and tailor the platform to fit how they actually work.
- Serve as the technical and scientific bridge between customer R&D teams and Uncountable's product and engineering groups.
- Configure data structures, workflows, and integrations that map to each organization's discovery and development goals.
- Drive successful adoption by training users and ensuring they realize measurable value from the platform.
Qualifications
- A strong scientific background — such as chemistry, materials science, biology, or a related discipline — that lets you speak the language of research teams.
- Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting technical software, ideally in a customer-facing or R&D environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific needs into clear technical requirements.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to managing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Comfort working on-site in the US and collaborating across both scientific and engineering audiences.
