The Opportunity

As an Implementation Manager, Consultative (Mid-Market) at Rippling you will own end-to-end customer journeys for growing companies that need tailored advice, clear project leadership, and practical problem-solving. Your Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery sessions to capture mid-market business goals, current processes, and success criteria before implementation begins.
• Build and manage detailed project plans that cover configuration, data migration, testing, training, and launch milestones for each client.
• Facilitate working sessions with customer teams and internal specialists to resolve blockers, refine requirements, and keep delivery on track.
• Prepare and deliver role-based training that equips end users and administrators to operate confidently after go-live.
• Monitor progress against scope and timeline, communicating status, risks, and recommended actions to all parties.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm outcomes and surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Document playbooks and lessons learned so future mid-market implementations stay efficient and high quality.

Who We're Looking For
