Who We're Looking For Experience driving software or SaaS implementations for mid-market customers in a consultative or client-facing capacity. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language. Comfort facilitating workshops, managing change, and building trust with executive and operational contacts alike.
