What This Role Involves

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity and visual guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency in all projects
• Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support for project delivery
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s vision and objectives
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and are optimized for various digital platforms and print media

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on gifting and ecommerce
• Proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-quality projects within deadlines
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques
• Familiarity with the latest design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
