About This Position

This is a hands-on leadership role within our Marketing team at Shiels Group. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be actively contributing to the design output, managing a small team, and setting the standard for everything we produce across print, digital, and in-store media. Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role

• Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Adept in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
