This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to shape how the identity security category understands and talks about Saviynt.

About the Role

As Senior Director of Strategy at Saviynt, you will sit at the intersection of three connected disciplines — analyst relations, competitive intelligence, and industry standards — and turn deep identity and access management (IAM) expertise into strategic advantage. You will manage a team while remaining hands-on, applying your own market knowledge to guide priorities, craft Saviynt's narrative with leading industry analysts, and arm internal teams with sharp competitive insight. Expect to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, gain a front-row view of executive decision-making, and help steer product roadmap direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Saviynt's analyst relations program and build trusted relationships with the analysts who define the IAM market.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts and deliver actionable insight to teams across the company.
• Represent and advance Saviynt's voice in industry standards conversations.
• Manage and develop a team while contributing as a strong individual subject-matter expert.
• Produce high-impact content, presentations, and keynote material that influence senior stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to align strategy with corporate and product-level initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in identity and access management technology and the broader IAM market.
• Proven experience across industry strategy, research and advisory, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and keynote skills, with a track record of external market analysis.
• Ability to build consensus and influence senior executives through cross-functional leadership.
• Comfort thriving in an unstructured, collaborative, remote environment.
• Prior work as a senior analyst, including authoring analyst reports or magic quadrants, is a plus.
