Laborer – Paving Division

About the Role

Waters Construction is seeking dedicated, safety-conscious laborers to join our paving division team. Working on residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects throughout Connecticut, you'll be part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and timely project delivery. This role involves hands-on work supporting the full scope of paving operations, from site preparation through project completion.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and grade paving sites according to project specifications
• Support equipment operation and material handling during asphalt and concrete placement
• Perform compaction, finishing, and cleanup work to maintain quality standards
• Follow established safety protocols and best practices on all job sites
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules
• Transport materials and tools while maintaining a clean, organized work environment
