Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of cybersecurity controls for enterprise services
• Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability evaluations and threat analyses to protect infrastructure
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents and coordinate rapid response actions
• Define and refine security architectures, policies and procedures for enterprise environments
• Ensure alignment with relevant compliance standards and internal governance requirements
• Collaborate with IT, operations and business teams on secure project delivery and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior colleagues and share expertise to elevate the wider cybersecurity capability
• Evaluate emerging threats and recommend proactive defence measures for enterprise services

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering roles with an enterprise focus
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, network protection, identity management and secure system design
• Proficiency with common security tooling such as SIEM platforms, endpoint detection and vulnerability scanners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional background in computer science, information security or a related discipline
• Recognised industry certifications and a track record of applying best practices in large-scale environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic enterprise services setting
