This Senior Creative Strategist role offers the chance to work at the intersection of social media, consumer psychology, and performance marketing—developing advertising concepts that reach millions and drive measurable business results.

You'll join a marketing team focused on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube advertising, working on campaigns that blend creative storytelling with data-driven optimization. This position is ideal for someone who naturally analyzes why content goes viral, understands what makes people engage, and wants to master the craft of performance creative development.

Responsibilities

• Develop advertising concepts and campaigns for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
• Analyze successful ad formats, emerging trends, and competitive creative approaches
• Create new hooks, angles, and story frameworks for social advertising
• Write detailed creative briefs for content creators and UGC producers
• Research target audiences, pain points, and purchase motivations
• Evaluate creative testing results alongside the performance marketing team
• Contribute to the development of new ad formats and campaign strategies
• Support international marketing initiatives across multiple markets
• Monitor platform updates and social media trends that impact advertising effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, and brand teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Practical experience through internships, student positions, personal projects, or social media activities (preferred)
• Strong interest in advertising, social media, e-commerce, and consumer psychology
• Intuitive understanding of why certain content resonates and goes viral while other content doesn't
• Analytical thinking combined with creative sensibility for compelling content
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and digital marketing tools
• Fluent in German and English
• High learning motivation and eagerness to take on responsibility quickly
• Structured and independent working style
• Desire to grow rapidly in a performance-oriented environment
