Responsibilities
- Serve as the architect and builder of Ana-corp’s cost accounting function
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable cost accounting system supporting accurate inventory valuation, standard costing, margin visibility, operational decision-making, and disciplined financial controls
- Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Engineering, and Finance to build the processes, data discipline, and reporting needed for maturation of our cost accounting function
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior cost accounting role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Experience with implementing and maintaining cost accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments
