Position Summary
We are working with a growing ASX-listed manufacturing business to find their next Senior Financial Accountant. This is a broad, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, offering genuine exposure to the Executive team and real scope to influence how the finance function operates.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with ASX reporting requirements and internal controls
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification
- Solid ASX reporting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to manufacturing industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
