This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a growing SMSF function, mentor junior staff, work closely with Partners, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SMSF function and drive growth within the firm
• Mentor and develop junior staff in the SMSF area
• Work closely with partners to align strategies and objectives
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SMSF accounting or a related field
• A proven track record in managing and growing an SMSF function
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for SMSFs
• Proficiency in using accounting software and relevant technology
