What This Role Involves

The role involves working within a multidisciplinary practice that focuses on design excellence. You will be responsible for contributing to the creative process of designing spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing designs from concept through to completion
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions
• Managing projects from initial briefs to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met
• Creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
• Participating in team meetings and client presentations to present designs and receive feedback

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as an Interior Designer
• Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative on projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
