About This Position
We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our collaborative team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. As part of the team, you will contribute to shaping best-practice financial operations and enjoy a flexible 30–32 hour weekly schedule from mid-October '26.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Support budgeting processes and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Process and reconcile accounts
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
