Your Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within Watercare Services.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and communicate progress on recruitment activities.
• Manage candidate communication through email and other channels, ensuring a positive experience throughout the application process.
• Assist in the preparation of job advertisements and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in recruitment or related field within New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.
