What This Role Involves
The People Administrator role at Merlin Entertainments is a 6-month part-time position based in the Sydney CBD. As an administrator supporting our ANZ attractions, you will work 3 days per week with the flexibility to increase your hours up to 5 days during peak periods or when additional support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting HR processes and administrative tasks for multiple locations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Assisting with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation
- Providing general administrative support to the People Team as required
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Experience in HR administration or a related field is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are key requirements for this role.
