Role Overview

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our outpatient team at Fulwood Hall Hospital on a 12-month contract. As part of the pre-assessment and outpatient services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes while ensuring patients receive the care they need in an environment that prioritizes patient welfare.

Core Duties

• Assess and manage patient needs within the outpatient setting.
• Conduct pre-assessment consultations to prepare patients for upcoming procedures or treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively.
• Provide support and reassurance to patients and their families during challenging times.

What You Bring

• A current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Demonstrable experience in a similar outpatient setting or relevant clinical environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues alike.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to the patient care environment.
