About This Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team as a dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Expert. This role will be based in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States and requires a full-time, on-site commitment.

What You'll Do

In this position, you will serve as a tax expert to help customers navigate their tax needs. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing accurate and timely tax advice to customers
• Assisting with tax preparation for individuals and small businesses
• Engaging in community outreach and events to promote Intuit's services
• Staying updated on the latest tax laws and regulations
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A strong background in accounting, preferably with a degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in tax preparation and customer service
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A passion for helping others understand complex financial matters
