As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a key member of the Intuit team in one of our retail locations across the United States.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with tax preparation and filing questions
• Providing accurate and timely tax advice to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Adhering to company policies and procedures for data security and confidentiality
• Participating in community events and outreach programs to promote Intuit’s services

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in tax preparation or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for helping others and making a difference in the community
• Familiarity with tax software and processes is preferred but not required, as training will be provided
